It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase from Avarcas Australia.
You may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange for a product of the same value.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Because some of our stock is only produced in small quantities, we may not always be able to replace your item. In this case, we reserve the right to issue you a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For goods received that are faulty and unworn, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and nature of the problem.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We are happy to exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition with tags.
Unless we have sent you damaged or faulty goods we regret that delivery costs cannot be refunded to you.
We recommend that you return your Avarcas via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.
