HOW IT WORKS

We want to reward you for being an #avarcasgirl, so we've made the sassiest loyalty club in town. Yep, that's right, the more you shop, the more points you earn!

Here's the good stuff...

HOW DO I JOIN?

If you've shopped before you already have an account and part of the club. If you do not have an account, you can create one by heading to the homepage and clicking on the mustard-coloured button on the bottom right. It will either say REWARDS or show a white coloured giftbox icon depending on your device.

If you want us to talk to you you need to keep the newsletter box ticked otherwise you'll miss out on all the great benefits. Note if you have a wholesale account you are not eligible to earn points.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

You will earn 1 point for each AU $1.00 spent in our store after you have enrolled. Points will not be given for past purchases.  You will see your points in your Avarcas A-Lister account  (Note: you must log in to view your points). You will not earn points on gift certificates, shipping or discounts. Points will be subtracted when an order is cancelled, declined, or refunded.

WHAT KIND OF REWARDS CAN I REDEEM WITH POINTS?

Rewards are redeemable in $5 increments and 100 points are equivalent to AU $5.  You will see your rewards earned in your account (as long as you are logged in). Please note reward vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other discount.

HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?

Click on "redeem points" to see what options are available to you. 

WHEN DO POINTS EXPIRE?

Unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more. Points can not be transferred.
