We want you to fall in love with your new avarcas. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, we're here to make the return process seamless. Lodge your return request within 60 days for a refund or store credit valid for 1 year.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN REQUIREMENTS?
- Return request must be lodged via the online portal within 60 days of order date.
- The item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it in.
- The item must have all tags and original packaging. Please ensure you pack the goods securely and safely to avoid damage.
- The cardboard toe keepers are inserted
- One avarca is completely wrapped in tissue paper
- Place both avarcas together, top sides facing each other and opposite heel to toe
- Place in the printed cotton bag
BLACK FRIDAY DEAL
Buy any two pairs and receive a gift pack. If you wish to return any item/s from your Black Friday Sale, you can get a full refund or store credit for the purchase price. However, please note the following:
If you are returning for a refund, you must include the gift bag with your return. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of $89 from your refund. If you are returning for a store credit, you may keep the gift bag.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Step 1. Click on the request a returns tab in the drop-down menu or you can access it https://www.avarcasaustralia.com.au/a/service/ReturnsPortal
Step 2. Enter your order number and email address that you used at the time of purchase.
Step 3. Select the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return.
Step 4. Select whether you would like to receive;
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit, valid for 1 year
Step 5. Select your return postage option;
- Use your own carrier of choice, postage cost is to be covered by the customer.
- Receive a system-generated Australia Post Pre-Paid label. The cost of this label is as charged by Australia Post for returns at $18.25
Step 6. Finalise your return. You will then receive an email with shipping instructions after the request is approved.
Please note: If you decide to use your own carrier to return the package, we recommend using registered post with a tracking number as proof of initiating your return in case your item is lost in the mail. We are not liable for items that are lost in transit without parcel tracking.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Due to the volume of requests, we no longer process exchanges. Please follow the steps for returning above and select ‘store credit’. You can then use your online credit to purchase any item in-store. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Please note - we do not hold sizes or styles.
PROCESSING RETURNS
Your refund or store credit will be processed once your return parcel is received; this may take up to 3 business days. If you are wondering if your return has been received, please check your tracking.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Postage charges on return requests for refund or store credit are not refundable.
Please note that if you do return your item, discounts are only applicable to orders placed during the sale period and cannot be applied to purchases placed after the sale has finished.
Your use of Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms of Use.
FAULTY ITEMS
Avarcas Australia does a thorough inspection of all items before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, however, if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@avarcasaustralia.com.au as soon as possible along with photographic evidence of the fault so we can assess. Naturally, if your product is faulty or incorrect, we will pay for the return delivery of the item.
