Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to fall in love with your new avarcas. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, we're here to make the return process seamless. Lodge your return request within 30 days and send back using our free, prepaid return shipping label* for a refund or store credit valid for 3 years.
*Prepaid shipping labels are currently available for AUS returns only.
Avarcas Australia reserves the right to refuse the return if the goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined, and we will return the products to you.
You will then receive an email with your prepaid postage label and the next steps. If you do not receive an email (please check your junk folder too), you have not completed the return process entirely.
Due to the volume of requests, we no longer process exchanges. Please follow the steps for returning above and select ‘store credit’. You can then use your online credit to purchase any item in store. Online gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Please note - we do not hold sizes or styles.
Your refund or store credit will be processed once your return parcel is received; this may take up to 3 business days. If you are wondering if your return has been received, please login to the returns portal and check the parcel tracking.
Refunds will be issued to the to the original payment method, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Postage charges on return requests for refund or store credit are not refundable.
Please note that if you do return your item, discounts are only applicable to orders placed during the sale period and cannot be applied to purchases placed after the sale has finished.

Avarcas Australia does a thorough inspection of all items before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, however, if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@avarcasaustralia.com.au as soon as possible along with photographic evidence of the fault so we can assess. Naturally, if your product is faulty or incorrect, we will pay for the return delivery of the item.
