Online shopping can be tough but we're here to make the return process seamless. Send your avarcas back within 30 days using our free, prepaid return shipping labels for store credit, an exchange, or a full refund.
Avarcas Australia reserves the right to refuse the return if the goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined, and we will return the products to you.
We will issue a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Postage charges on return requests for refund or store credit are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (i.e. changing for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel (one free return parcel per receipt). All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard delivery rates.
Prepaid shipping labels are currently available for AUS returns only.
Avarcas Australia does a thorough inspection of all items before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, however, if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible along with photographic evidence of the fault so we can assess. Naturally, if your product is faulty or incorrect, we will pay for the return delivery of the item.
We want you to fall in love with the quality, comfort and craftsmanship of our Avarcas just as we did.
We proudly stand behind every pair of Avarcas we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we can’t guarantee your Avarcas will never wear out, we do offer a limited one-year warranty. It applies to manufacturer defects only. If your avarcas meet the warranty criteria, Avarcas Australia can offer an exchange or credit, but we do not perform repairs.

Returning shoes purchased from a stockist:
If you purchased your shoes from a stockist, please take your Avarcas and the receipt back to the store of purchase. The Avarcas will then be assessed by the store.
If following such assessment, we determine that the footwear contains a manufacturing fault that renders it unsuitable for the purpose for which it was originally purchased, we will exchange or offer a credit. If a warranty return is accepted, exchanges will be shipped via standard Ground at no cost to the customer.
If replaced under guarantee, the new pair’s guarantee is valid from the original purchase date. Please note if a replacement is offered, the replacement pair will be the same size as the original purchase
This warranty is in addition to and does not limit consumer’s statutory rights.
