We want you to fall in love with your new avarcas. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, we're here to make the return process seamless. Lodge your return request within 60 days.
Step 1. Click on the request a returns tab in the drop-down menu or you can access https://www.avarcasaustralia.com.au/a/service/ReturnsPortal
Step 2. Enter your order number and email address that you used at the time of purchase.
Step 3. Select the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return.
Step 4. Select your return action.
Option 1 - Exchange for a new size
Option 2 - Exchange for another product
Option 3 – Refund
Step 5. Select your return postage option.
Step 6. Finalise your return. You will then receive an email with shipping instructions after the request is approved.
Please note: If you decide to use your carrier to return the package, we recommend using registered post with a tracking number as proof of initiating your return in case your item is lost in the mail. We are not liable for items lost in transit without parcel tracking.
As of February 5 2024 we are trialling the option to exchange orders. If the item you are after is not currently available you can return for a store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Your refund or store credit will be processed once your return parcel is received; this may take up to 3 business days. If you are wondering if your return has been received, please check your tracking.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Postage charges on return requests for refund or store credit are not refundable.

Avarcas Australia does a thorough inspection of all items before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, however, if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@avarcasaustralia.com.au as soon as possible along with photographic evidence of the fault so we can assess. Naturally, if your product is faulty or incorrect, we will pay for the return delivery of the item.
