HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?

Your authentic Avarcas are handmade and therefore may vary slightly in sizing. Like with all genuine leather products, the leather will stretch slightly and soften with wear. You can read our in-depth size guide for guidance.

I HAVE A WIDE FOOT WHAT SIZE SHULD I CHOOSE?

If you have a wide foot, we suggest sticking with your normal size. To read our in-depth size guide please visit this link.

MY SIZE FALLS BETWEEN SIZES, SHOULD I SIZE UP OR DOWN?

If you are normally a half size, we recommend going down to the next full size for example if you are normally a 9 ½, order the size 9 (or 40 European). To read our in-depth size guide please visit this link.

THE PRODUCT I WOULD LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK. HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN IT IS AVAILABLE?

You can simply head to the style online, click on your size and then subscribe to the ‘NOTIFY ME' by leaving your email address. Once the style is re-stocked you will be notified via email.

Worldwide.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Australia: FREE standard delivery by Australia Post with signature on delivery. Express shipping can be selected for an additional charge during checkout.

International: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Please note that you are responsible for your country's customs and taxes applied to imported items. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time. CAN I GET EXPRESS DELIVERY?

Australia Post Express service with a signature on delivery can be selected for an additional charge during checkout. Please note this does not guarantee next day delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
